Interesting to see that picture as i have a slightly different cut as a poster in my student room:
Yes, they seem to be turned round to opposite hand from each other - so which one is the right way round?!! My suspiscion is that Ed's is the right way round and the one of the poster on the wall - the negative seems to have been turned the wrong way.
I used to have the one of Ritchie seen next to the clock on my wall as a teenager - or one incredibly similar to it.
I seem to remember it was next to a poster from the Master Of Reality album. Yep, them were the days eh

Re: Favorite Deep Purple Group Photo God the 80's was a dodgy time for fashion! Seeing Gillan in red pants and then a flwoery waist coat does somewhat explain as to why Blackmore doesn't like him! Saying that though, black leathers are always a No No No!!

...and this one especially for Ali Tait! I don't know if he remembers or not, but I spoke of it to him quite a while ago and he asked to see it - well, better late than never, I guess!

The bottom one, is definetly a favorite wall poster of mine... nice one... but Ali... you don't think Gillan enjoyed the sight of the Robin Hood get up, throughout the 25th aniverasry tour, now did you???? I'd be doing the old toss kick at that sight of that... funny that Blackmore was the embarressed one to be there, I don't see that from being up there with them, as he put it... I'd be more concerned about them changing into leotards.
