strange dreams
Warning: description of two nasty nightmares. If you are feeling anxious or about to go to bed, you might want to skip this post.
Two nights in a row I had long, nasty nightmares that didn't look or feel like my usual sort of nightmares. One of them was about some young guy on a dirt bike firing arrows at drivers and animals on a busy roadway. It was dusk and a lot of people drove into his line of sight, unaware why cars were stopped ahead. The dream looked and felt very realistic and gruesome. I was out of my car and in danger, although I would have been in more danger if I was in it. Of course I now realize that an arrow might not be able to pierce a windshield and then kill a person, but I'm not positive.
The next night my nightmare was about aliens taking over the earth, but the creepy part was the people who just turned on each other because there was already a war going on, so they figured anything goes. I was trying to get home, hiding behind bushes and in ditches and at one point pretending to be dead. Again, it was a very realistic feeling dream, and went on way too long.
Last night I didn't have another nightmare but I did have dreams that seemed bothersome and caused me to wake up. I can't remember them.
I wonder what's up? I want to think positive and have a good year, but I seem to be starting 2008 with bad dreams and health worries.

I've had a couple more strange dreams but they were not nightmares, just felt so real. TOO real. I didn't like waking up and discovering that it was just another ordinary day.
