I felt like pizza and the boys like pizza, but I like to have something more like a meal for my husband because he often has pizza for lunch while at work.

I make good meals but we all like Pizza once in a while. at Papa murphy's it is a take and bake place, I got a good deal and they have this new one that is so good Chicken Garlic.
I love it.

Hi Dy! I know I've been scarce a bit this past week. I was studying for the test on Wednesday, then realized Tuesday I'd have to reschedule the test since the car had an appointment to get its wiring done today! My daughter expects it back tihs weekend so we had to get that done.

BUT then my husband forgot to take her car! God knows how - he had to walk past it to get to his. Now I'm hoping they will be willing to work on it tomorrow or Friday, or she's going to be disappointed.

So are things looking up since you last posted in this thread?

Today was busy and long, I woke up early to make the pies been cooking all day mostly this is crazy why we keep doing this each year I will never know.
I have a turkey in the oven and with all I have made I should not have to cook again for a week, my back hurts so my friend gave me a pill. wow I may not sleep for a while but I feel great.
But the house is quiet and everyone is sleeping the bird is in the oven I cooked so much food.
I am done doing anything I never did make a cheery pie but whos know how I will feel about it tomorrow I made 6 pumpkin pies today two were for Tasha, she needed help and I did the crust and the baking I let her mix the stuff but I put it all in.
I guess it is hard to let anyone else do anything.
I am sure she was glad to come over for a while they ate dinner with us.
my son got here around 2:30 and now has his stuff in the garage it is big enough but has no heat.
so far it is not too cold I had to go out to cool off and to scare off the raccoons.
It is nice right now I feel good just sitting here.

I'm glad you had some company while baking then. Who is Tasha? Family, or a neighbour? I'm sure with all the pies you made the lack of a cherry pie will not be noticed. :^D
