Dilemna
we've got a year to go yet so this may be too early or if things go the way they are now;maybe not.
Rudy Gulliani has tossed his hat into the ring.Nice man.On a personal level he's ok.
But he's too far left for me and probably for a lot of ppl.
John McCain is about right. Now Hillary is most likely going to win the Dem nomination. So the next questions are:
Can we get Brownback's name out in the open?
Sam has to do more to get his campaign ramped up.Either now or later.Rudy and MCcain have had a lot of previous exposure.
Finally, whoever it is has to be able to beat Hillary if she does get the Dem nomination. Can either McCain or Brownback do that.Whoever it is,has to beat the Dem nomination.
Rudy would be better than Hillary though, but he's not my first choice unless he has a big change of heart on abortion.
How do you think this is going to go?
I do know Rudy could beat Hillary, but that's the problem. His position on abortion and gay rights.I can't vote for him,but to choose between Rudy and Hillary;Rudy would limit abortion more. Have to go with him.And he would either oppose gay "marriage" or leave it to the states. That's better than Hillary.
So what can we do to get Sen Brownback to get a more aggressive campaign going?Or spread the word grass roots, but you can't get someone elected JUST on grass roots movement.
What do you think?
