Drivers for Rag

Hey everyone,


I am asking everyone who plans on driving to Rag to post it here, and say who you are taking. Also, if you have room in your car to take some more, that would also be nice. With gas prices going up, and some of us watching how much we spend, it would be nice to help eachother with thse problems.

For those who are getting a ride, please pitch in for gas. I know just about everyone does, but it is always a good thing for the person who is helping out with a car.

Here is the format it should go by,

Driver: Wog the Sick
Date/time leaving: June 16, the day before Rag
Who you taking: our friends from Puerto Rico from the airport in Columbus


If anyone feels they should add some more info, then more the better.

EDIT--My car JUST bleeping died!!! Fortunately, I have a mechanic for a step-dad and he's willing to fix it. Everything that was meant to be obscelete decided it was time to break...ALL AT ONCE. So while everything is getting fixed/replaced/repaired, I'm without a vehicle. In a way, I'm glad it all broke now instead of a couple hundred miles from home in BFE Ohio, leaving me stranded and righteously pissed.

*sigh* I hate cars.

Ryna, if you are car is all fixed and up for it... I have a proposition for you. I've been asking around and haven't found anyone yet but if someone's car can make it to Carlton from Monroe and back for the week of Ragnarök my mother is willing to trade up cars. Since ours is a 4-door Blazer, it would be bigger and have more room than a regular car for people and gear. Plus it would have room for pole arms if need be. So if you want to give me a ride and trade vehicles for Ragnarök that'd be really awesome because I'm looking for a ride and I figure if I mention this, if someone doesn't have room they might say right on and will have room for me.

Lathriel,

I MIGHT be able to do this trade. As I said in my first post, I am leaving the day before Rag, and picking up 4 people at the airport in Columbus. They was planning on getting a taxi to follow me to Rag(about an hour drive). I would like to know something first though, is your mom's Blazer the smaller type, or the larger type(I.E. Trailblazer)? Also, does it have carrier racks on the roof of it? I have been looking about for a rack to put on my car for some extra room in the car. If it does, and you don't mind leaving on the Saturday and staying in a hotel the first night, then that could be a good deal. Let me know if you can.

My car IS fixed up now (had to get a whole new freakin' engine and whatnots), but I've already got things planned out for the drive. I trust my step-dad's mechanic work and am pretty sure my little car will make it.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm gonna pass.

However, there's still the possiblity of having an open seat. May be taking Nigel if he can't find something.

Who I'm taking: Zafthan will be riding with me, not sure if I'll have room for another person though, last year our car was packed pretty tight with all of our stuff. We might have room for 1 but I can't guarantee it.

I am in need of a ride to Rag. My car is not roadworthy enough to make the trip.

If any1 leaving from North has an open seat. I would greatly appreciate it. I would be more than happy to give them gas money.

So yeah about that car thing, Mine just went Blarg and I am in Contention as a Ride for Rag, Any of you Southlings that could give possible give me a ride with all of my gear would be great. Ofcourse I might Not need a ride but If someone could be a fall back that would be sweet

Hey all I'm with Veridan and yeah need a ride. I'm willing to help with gas and I believe my tent is big enough for two. I also have a family size tent but will need to ask my parents about that one if needed. But If anyone is willing to help this beast lover out that would be swell. My number is 419-217-3688.
