Websites
for our units website, is it possible to pass our boards off as the website, because our boards has all the information about our unit on them, and our sites down and imploding on itself.

Yes, absolutely.
the requirement for having a website is merely that you have SOME SORT of web presence, where interested people can find out the basic information about your group (who to contact, where you fight, your look and style, etc.)
the interwebs is where the kids hang out these days, the requirement for a website is just making sure any Eryndor unit has their face "out there" where potential Dagorhir people mostt likely are to find you.
