Yes, as long as a non-facebook person could look in at it. Not sure if that's the case or not.

Things like Google Groups are free and publicly accessible, though. And are about as easy to set up as a Facebook group.

An acceptable site is just a forum. As long as you have some threads to the public with all the info you need.

You could make a runboard or freeforum. They are free....
