Here's the deal
IF we're going to have this event this year, we need a date to do it. Since this is a LBTL and Eryndor thing, I've gotten all the story stuff done, I'll post characters if we get a date, and I'll even work on getting us a campground to do it, but!!!
I still need a LBTL person, anyone of you, to pick a weekend for this. I know that we didn't leave a whole lot of room in the schedule for a good time, but that's the way it worked out this year. So, let me know asap.

Ok,
I just went through the schedule, and you are right, there are not a great deal of dates up for Crossroads.
The only dates that I was able to see that "might" work are July 31-Aug 2, or Aug 28-Aug 30. Now, the issues with these dates are they are 2 weeks between either an event then a campout, or a campout then an event.
There might be some better dates, or dates that can be changed, but we would have to figure that out with the High Council and ALL of the Units.
I will see what I can do to help you out with this Jarred. I will also try to get in touch with someone from LBTL as well. If you do happen to hear anything, let me know, and I will do the same.

Although I don't really have much to do with the day to day runnings of the LBTL anymore since I've moved up to Elkhart, IN to open my own company I can get in touch with people and work something out. If necessary I can make the park and date arrangements, although with my work schedule I'm not sure if I'll actually be able to attend the event. I'll begin contacting people and get back to you asap. Thanks for your patience.

Hey sorry its taken so long. Asashi and I talked the other weekend and I think we were looking at maybe the last weekend in July as a potential date. Crossroads couldn't be one of the scheduled campouts?

Hey!
Alric is an impatient Saxon who really liked this event last year, and would love to come again in 2009. He'll also be spending the summer in the LBTL, so getting to Crossroads could be a lot easier than it was last year. Has anything more been decided about just when it'll be?
