Good event, good fighting and fun times.
The only thing that I saw and heard from people as complaints would be the fact that during the 3 team battle (Undead Troll Goblin) was the fact that with out knowing each others powers it made some people look like they were not taking hits.
I saw my self many many undead get hit with Jav's and Arrows and ignored them and thought wow.. Even ignoring the Archers call, at least they could have said they were unharmed by projectiles. And I watched many Trolls get hit and not call armor, This also made them look bad and even worse made the battle worse and no fun for some.
Now I understand that they wanted us to learn each others powers but to make some people look like they were not taking hits and were blowing off arrows and Jav shots just made people frustrated and upset. I just think the powers should have been announced. This and the Gauntlet were really the only things that I PERSONALLY did not like. I felt like the gauntlet slowed the battle down and the day ended much sooner than it should/could have because of this battle.

actually it was all stated right here on oct 7 what the powers were. Some people took the time to read this and new it ahead of time,

Here is the first scenerio for the Oct 25th event. It will happen after any circle of honor activities (directly after lunch):
3 team battle (best out of 3 rounds, 4th round if tie breaker needed). Teams broken up by count-off numbering...

"3 monstrous hordes battle it out for supremacy on the Dry Fields surrounding the tower of Ladd!"
Team 1: Da goblins! There are twice the amounts of goblins than other monsters. Goblins can use any weapon combo and may run. Goblins MUST fight in a minimum of pairs (no solo goblin fighters) and a maximum of as many as they want. Goblins in teams of two or more must remain within 2 feet of each other AT ALL TIMES! A lone goblin MUST run away from fighting immediately to join at least 1 other goblin. If there is only 1 goblin left on the field, it dies of fright!!!
Team 2: The undead. The undead each get two, 5 second rezzes before being permanently dead. Undead can either fast walk or walk but NO RUNNING! Undead are immune to projectiles.
Team 3: The trolls. Trolls swing any swung weapon as a red. Projectiles and stabbing tips do NOT do red damage. Trolls get 1 extra hit to each arm and leg unless they are wearing armor (armor = no extra hits other than the 1 that wearing armor already gives you). Trolls can either fast walk or walk but NO RUNNING!
The team that has the most wins out of 3 rounds (4 if tie breaker needed) will directly influence the second scenerios "gauntlet" of monsters!!!!!

Not everyone reads and remembers everything that is posted I still feel the heralds should have announced the powers.
That would be like Us (Senegals) running a battle an not telling everyone that oh by the way we all have full armor and are unharmed by projectiles and posting that on our forms. Unlike some people I don't always take the time to read these forms when there are more important ones.
I still stand by the fact it made some people look like dishonorable people and they will stay that way pending the person, special rules should have been announced.
Also on a side note I feel like when someone ask a herald if there going to announce them, it would show there is confusion and maybe they wouldn't be such asshats about it. I know if i was an archer or this was my first event and it seemed like people were not taking my hits I would be upset ruining my event not ever one has the means to the forms also.

Very true - I was trying hard to hear what we were being told by the heralds, but couldn't hear a damn thing because of people talking. And I'll be nice and not point fingers at WHO I noticed talking even when asked to be quiet.

It was not even that it was that they didn't even bother to tell us, i know some one asked and was told they just have to learn who has what... I was fairly disappointed.
