my friend it was an ok event there was what i consider a huge issue i will not discuss on boards however i will say this when ppl dont even bother to wait for a meeting and have one during an event this deeply saddens me i hope it doesnt happen again and i hope the next battle certain ppl have higher honor.
other than that one shall we say "incident" it was great and i had alot of fun.
the storyline battles wer great and i think we won cus as i recall those orcs wer surrounded
mithris noroko great job and fury he event rocked! that was some of the best chili ive ever had and i usually hate veggies so kudos all around
lets have another event like this again sometime but....without anymore "rabid wolves"

Yeah.... not really the first thing I wanted to read. Anyway, awesome event I thoroughly enjoyed your battles, well done. You brought back something I had been missing.

In my opinions, and mine alone:
Fighting was amazing. People were slightly bundled due to the cold, but man we were still moving fast. I had some great fights on the flank with many of you: Omega, Marathos, Evias, Adeus, Muhdurin, Gibbons, and many more. You all reminded me how good you've become, and - hopefully - I've reminded you that I still got a few tricks up my sleeve.
Storyline battles - equally amazing and fun. It was like the good 'ole days when I really felt INTO the battle. Way to go guys.
The event tags are without doubt the most attractive tags I've ever seen. I'm still wearing mine, and intend to until it erodes off my body. They are pretty cool. A special thanks goes out to whoever envisioned them, and any and all who made them.
Can't wait for the next event. It's good to make some reappearances.
Muhdurin - bring the Snuggie next time. Honestly.
Anyone who had a camera: get those pics up. I heard there were some decent shots of me, and I have a reputation to uphold! Thanks to everyone who covered the event with photographic contributions.

AND A huge thanks to the fury for steppin up with us to make the event happen
Brinya and friends did awesome on tags, Eldy and friends did awesome on food
Fenris and toland...thanks for heralding.
Sethrin and friends thanks for the clean-up help
And for whoever helped in weapons check.
AND as for the legacy peeps.
Fairion, awesome job on the weapons checking organization.
Kudos to mith for the storyline and battle plans.
Stone, thanks for working with me on heralding, i felt rusty LOL

AND to all who orc'ed it up on the battle field to make i great show for all of us.

I don't know what else to say except, "That event rocked face!"
In the wake of a constant experience of event after event here in Eryndor, we sort of get in the swing of the sameness of our events. However, at "Reign of Shadow", I feel like a lot of positive beacons came through:
- Lots of new fighters! Even though there were even first-event fighters on the field, they meshed alright with the more experienced, dedicated fighters.
- Original, beautiful, and symbolic event tags.
- Night fighting! Thank goodness the weather was on our side. We'll make sure to do more night fighting for next summer's events.
- We finally experienced some major change in the storyworld of Eryndor! We did a fully role-played battle against Black Orcs, and it came down to the final seconds when the dark ones took back their masters' wicked Crown! At this point, the Continent is going to change as we know it. Be ready, storydorks!
- Hot food, good vibes, and even a little get-together afterwards.... which I personally enjoyed due to the LHS action.
- Of course, TONS of people stepped up, like the Eryndor classics Stone, Noroko, Isis, Fairion, and all the people who keep north going. But ontop of it, the Fury, our newest and awesomestest unit rocked out their leadership with Brinya, Toland, Fenris, and all the Fury who kept the fighting going... like crazy vikings and a one-eyed Black Orc Beast!
Too many others to thank for now, but thanks to YOU for coming to the event!
