Cries of Innocence - Busty dominatrix Kelli Graham enslaves Fawnia Mondey
It's post-apocalyptic future/alternate reality USA. Fawnia Mondey's freedom fighting husband is wounded and she's kidnapped into slavery, and arrives at Kelli's place. Which is a mine. Like many bound heat mines, it's staffed by nubile slave girls in revealing white costumes. And they mine... water. Crystal clear spring water packaged, sold and probably a real water company getting it's somewhat bizzare advertising campaign on. Honestly, if I thought the makers of these films had some shred of irony...
Kelli shows off her striking appearance when she enters
Immideately singling out Fawnia out of the pack

She then chooses a particularly lithe and fetching girl among the slaves to entertain her...
and makes her prove her loyalty by whipping a few slave girls, which she seems to enjoy a bit too much.

She then takes the traitor (traitoress?) through the slave cells
using her as a mouthpiece and example to ask for their cooperation.

Fawnia arranges a meeting with her. Kelli allows herself to be raised from her games with the traitor
and properly greets Fawnia
who asserts that she should be Kelli's BFF, and the liaison to the slaves, and promises a great many things with a single caress

Kelli agrees, and having no more use for the traitoress
orders her particularly innovative demise.

She then proceeds to demand that Fawnia keeps the promises from earlier.

Wow, that's almost too many gorgeous ladies for two eyes to take.
I for one focused on the traitor, she's got a sweet accent and a cute face. The teeny way she says
"Suit yourself...I hope you all die!!"...
makes for repeat viewings

That final scene went a little too quickly I find, lol. I've been thinking about that "innovative" method to use in my possible future stories too, hah, but it wouldn't be water, or whatever thing that they were drinking and looked like water... :P

The beginning is shown, cut to the to the slaves hilarious "our sadistic owner is getting strangled by her lesbian lover. Fascintaing. Fasci... yawn." reaction, then it's the aftermath of floating in the bathtub for her.
I just thought you'd like the scenario, seeing how you descirbed it word for word on the updated Slaves of the Realm thread.
