2019 After the Fall of New York - Ruthless Henchwoman Wins.
Standard French-American-Phillipino post-apocalypse movie. All women are sterile, hero and friends are sent to recover the one that isn't, captured by bad guys, tortured to reveal her location, escape.
Nothing much to mention, except for the evil girl - taking over after the head bad guy is injured by the hero, she does such a good job, that she walks away with the main guys job at the end, even if the heroes escape her. Seeing how we're a bit short on victrious bad girls, I thought we might observe:
We first meet her seducing the strapping bound hero.
Not in the best traditions of truly evil girls, she fails to take advantage of his bound state to... take advantage of him. Then again, he doesn't follow the best traditions of strapping heroes by not failing to knock her out and fleeing, but rather succumbing to her advances.

She takes him to identify the fertile girl amongst her prisoners. As he refuses to do so, she orders the prisoner girls excecuted.

As the heroes make their escape, the wounded guy stays behind to cover them. Displaying intelligence rare in most sci-fi villains, she lets the guards take the brunt of his desperate fighting back, but the killing shot
is hers.

Seeing how she let the heroes get away, she is called upon to answer her wounded superior and his female doctor. Well, has she got the answer for them...
