In this freaky spanish movie "Ellos robaron la picha de Hitler", the "good guys" are a group of neo-nazi skinheads whom tries to save the Hitler´s **** from a evil girls gang. The video shows tha final battle.

Pretty gory, the chainsaw and her neck...
I loved the electro-stun on the other girl, though.
