Fathers Rights????

Without going into too much detail, I have this "friend" who's son is up for adoption because the mother failed in her test with Social Services - She has a mental condition (apparently).

She has TWO visits a week whereas my "friend" is lucky to get one a month (which, for the last two months have been cancelled due to bad weather).

He also told me that he had a letter off Social Services that basically described him as not having any parental rights to see his son. I think this is a discrace........how come she get's priority when it is her that screwed up in the first place??????

I think it is an apsolute joke the way that fathers in Britain are treated. What does everyone else think?????
