OK the next books/film is action packed from start to finish, but you can miss action out and it won't really be missed. I think the emotional aspect of Book 3 was lost in the film.

Exactly! I love the parts of the movies and books that focus on Harry Potter, his parents, friendships between Harry and his friends and the friendships between his parents and their friends. That was all in the book and I think that it added so much to the story. It really makes you love the characters more and that's what keeps me reading. I just think the movie left out a few things that were important. Another example is Snape! You know he's bitter about something, but if you watch the movie you'll never truly know why and the details unless you read the book.

I agree prisoner of Askaban was a creative book with greater emotions and a better story but I see Goblet of Fire as a more rounded book that answers a lot more questions than the prior. From that point i think Rowling started to waver towards leaving too many questions needing answered in "the next book" the story doesn't really end like it does in the first four books you are left hanging. Good for sales but very frustrating.

I'm going to try and get books 4,5 & 6 soon. Hopefully I can find a good deal for the 3 of them online somewhere. Maybe Ebay. I'm dying to start reading more! I need more Harry Potter, more Hogwarts, more Snape, more EVERYTHING!!
