Wild Boar

Devon boarImage

Kent boarImage

i read in the paper yesterday about wild boar returning to England. One man had his farm broken into by animals rights people and they released over 100 boar and they are now thought to be 170 in this part of devon where they were released. What do you think about wild boar coming back into our country is it a good or a bad thing?

Personally, I think it's a good thing, it's their natural habitat, not penned in. The problem is though, they're nasty and aggressive so could pose a problem to kids.

Its another case of the release of the mink.

I know boar were native to this country but that was a few hundred years ago.

Think what damage to farm land and crops as well as to our woodlands?

Then of course we come to the risk of not just harm but possible deaths not just to our children but adults as well.

people at risk.... dog walkers bird watchers hikers golfers anglers do i need to go on.

Its a typical unthoughtful response from not animal activists but terrorists
