FantasyChicken,

Good choice of programme, although I'm afraid that I don't rate it as highly as the river cottage series.

I think that this maybe due to me being a bit scepticle,(How do we know that some of the stuff isn't staged)wouldn't it be easy to pay the opponents to do things just to improve the ratings??

Yeah, trouble is though Kev that there are too many programmes doing that sort of thing these days,it's like TV warfare(we'll get them watching our channel) but they don't realise that sometimes it makes for a poor programme.
Big brother tends to be let off a bit though because it is near to everyday life and also because BBC radio talks about it alot and if you don't watch it then you won't be able to keep up with the story-line.

FantasyChicken,

They are all really really close to each other,which helps alot because when the wind gets up which it frequently does at the farm due to the open fields, then it is quite simple to move to the more secluded bottom pool, which is hardly ever affected by the wind.

Fishing in windy conditions can play havoc with your float, the line drags the float under in the wind and it can make your fishing a real pain of a day.
