what on earth is going on with this transfer or non transfer of Tevez and even worse what did West Ham get away with when they signed him in the first place. This is a big massive mess and is tranishing football at the moment the quicker it gets solved the better but today i read that it is now going to the court again because Fifa can't decide what to do!

last week Fifa finally showed that they are absolutely useless in the world of football and really shouldn't exist. I can understand that Tevez coming from South America is outside the FA or UEFA, but now that he IS here it should solely be a FA and UEFA controlled situation, especially since FIFA said "oh we're not getting involved, it's too tricky"

A great big fat mess and i have no idea what is going on. Personally i find it strange that even now, after West Ham have been "paid off" we are "loaning" tevez! How can you "loan" somebody from a third party (who is now technically his owner, thus becomes a second party) but that Joorabcian geezer isn't even a club, so we're "loaning" off a person who "owns" Tevez!? Just very strange...but, bigger question now this is, at last, all resolved, how on earth did Mascherano manage to transfer to Liverpool mid-way through last season??!
