i know mate, he must hit about 100 free kicks yet has only scored 1 or 2, now i'm not a massive fan of Beckham, but he is simply the best free kick scorer i've seen.

He's the master of it. I once said to one of my mates Simon (who's a Stockport County fan), "Beckham's just a one-trick wizard", to which Simon said, "yeah, but what a trick!"

lol, true. Wouldn't it be great if football subs were like Hockey, remember that one English player that only came onto the pitch for pen's and corner's, Beckham would be the world's greatest if he only came on for freekicks (NOT PEN'S! LOL).

Yeah I agree, his long field passes are old news now too. You can't really do that against 6' plus centre halves.

Yup, I agree, everyone in the world of football knows his tricks so they're pretty much useless now. One of the main reasons that Utd got shut. He's useless anywhere other than on the wide right, and with his skills being very well known he burned himself out.

COME ON UNITED 2-1 with 2 mins to go!

Well done Giggs he's just done a hell of a tackle and hoofed the ball out for a goal-kick.

There's the whistle they've done it.

WELL DONE UTD!

Sorry for getting carried away, but it's all in the true spirit of the game. What more can I say.
What a win!

I think you'll find that this is a sporting brief in itself.

Well done Everton, great spirit, the game was lost in the away leg, but it was good to see a British team fight to the death...

...and a word on "THAT" horror tackle on Arteta, me and mattie said right away that's red, and my god did he look hurt. I hope he recovers as that was a cheap shot. Do you think UEFA will go and punish that Dinamo wimp after the game? will they hell!!! If it was Arsenal, Man Utd etc,etc then yes, but anybody else can do whatever they like. That player should be banned for 3 games as of now.
