Mission #2a: *Back To The Elves*

The two elves had not gone far from the others when they decided to come up with a plan. Being one with nature they had a strong connection with the animals. They needed to get to the Elvin Kingdom faster than the others for elves are harder to convince than most other races. Aurora called out a special whistle, and soon the came two animals that was a lion with wings. The griffons were personal assistants of hers. Both of the elves got on the animals after showing the proper respect to it. They arrived in the kingdom in two days time. This was the start of their biggest adventure yet.

Wren was having the time of her life on the Griffon she was ridding. She looked at Aurora who seemed to be used to this. She now thought it would be a good time to find out why her name seemed so familiar that first day but she was not sure the other elf would hear her in the wind, so for now she just enjoyed the ride.

Aurora dismonted her griffon and started toward the entrance to the kingdom. It had been months since she had returned home. The royal family would not be happy with her, but she still looking out for the sake of her race.

It seemed the griffons had made ruckus that the elves were starting to come out of thier homes. Now would be the time to find out how they will treat her. She hoped it would be with an open mind, but she knew it would not be that way.

Wren dismounted the Griffon and watched the reactions of the elves near by. She saw familiar faces of elves she had past experiences with, none of them were pleasant ones. For this reason she had her weapons ready, just in case. The Elves never did like her much although she had a few she could go to and be welcomed with open arms. Wren walked close to Aurora and said in a whisper, "I know a place where we can stay not far from the village. Seeing as we are not that popular here that might be the best place for us. What do you say?"

"No that would not be right. The elves would have thought I had abandon them, and then we would have a problem. We shall go to my house. Besides there is supplies there that we might need."

With that the elf started walking to far side of the kingdom. It did not take long to get to her house. It was near the home of the royal family, but far enough for her own personal privacy. She walked into the house and found everything in its proper order. All her books on magic and history were opposite of the entry way. In another room was her bedroom that was off to the left. Her spell compentents were in the room next to that one with unbreakable lock on it. The assistant's room and kitchen were off the right. It seemed that he was off running errands.

"Welcome to my home."

Wren looked around and said, "If you say so."

Wren Followed behind Wren looking about the town as they went. It was new to her and yet very familiar. She knew that her parents had raised her here for two years before the accident. She couldn't remember a thing about it. She was told that the Druid Naramir had found her first took her away and raised her to what she was now. Wren walked into Auroras home behind her and said, "It's nice. I like it very much."

Wren walked over the room that was locked and asked, "What’s in this room that is seems so valuable to you? That is if you don't mind me asking."

Aurora looked over at Wren. "That would be my spell compentent room. I keep locked so people who think they know magic can not kill anyone with their lack of knowledge. Also I don't have to keep replenshing it. It does become a hassle. Hmm... I think my assistant should be coming home soon. Your room is right next to the kitchen. Make yourself at home as much as you can."

Wren said to Aurora, "I can understand that one" thinking about her necklace she kept with her at all times.

Wren walked over to the room that she was directed to and looked around. It was nothing like home but then again nothing ever is now a days. Since she brought nothing but her weapons she decided to hang up her Sword and hunting knife but she kept her daggers on her just in case. She walked back out a bit more comfortable and Asked Aurora, "So who is your assistant? I don't want to end up threatening anyone who is a friend."

Aurora smiled at the thought of her assistant. "Ah yes you could never hurt him anyways you would laugh before that. He is a lanky, tall elf that has unusal red hair. He also has piercing green eyes that truly tell his intelligence. His name is Endorio, and he loves to help just to warn you. You could also say he is my apprentice in a way, but just learning the healing methods of my job."

She walked into the kitchen and put on some water for tea. "Is there anything you would like before we start discussing what we should do?"

Wren took out a small canteen and said, "No I have what I need right here. So what do you want to talk about first?" Wren leaned ageist the counter and took a sip out of the canteen.
