lol, eli. i have not yet seen that. i saw the old one in 3rd grade though, lol

i just watched this movie with sarah called Swing Kids. it was about german teenagers who would have secret dance clubs and also about the hitler youth (HJ). its plot line was of 2 "swing" kids getting torn apart because of the HJ. very emotional (a tragedy) but an excellent movie

Hmm, sounds pretty much like a book we read in 8th grade... Except for the dance clubs... It was a jew and a christian in this book...

Yesterday I saw "Equilibrium" w/ Christian Bale, Sean Bean and Taye Diggs. Man he really surprised me! The man did a really nice job there. He was the action man martial arts drama bullets everywhere.

For those who haven't seen it is a futuristic movie; after ww3 broke out the new world transform into a emotionless one bc having emotions was considered a crime, penalty of death for those who were considered sense offenders so the goverment did a new army called the Grammaton Cleric so they can apprehend this ppl but man they are violent!

Also the goverment did a drug so that the ppl controlled their emotions. The whole thing of the emotion is bc they believe that the cause of that war was hate greed anger u know bad feelings.

Cleric John Preston (Bale) is the model "cop" until one day he couldn't get his dose of the drug and everything broke loose!

  emoticon

With Clerics like those I wouldn't dare to confess my sins! FORGET IT!

The fast and the furious - Tokyo Drift

I have to say the when the first two films came out, they didn't really appeal to me that much but after seeing this one at my army pals place (and providing that it is anything to go by) I take it all back.........I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm going to be checking out the others pretty soon.

Casino Royale!!!

FORGET all the hype and stupid reports, the past reputation of James Bond, this is one HELL of a kick-ass action film with a VERY realistic plotline and NOT ONE SINGLE gadget! The only gadgets in this movie are fast cars and guns - voila!

Daniel Craig is THE James Bond!
