Re: Young guy with classic muscle.....new to the site... Matt,
Sharp looking Camaro! I always liked the 2nd gen. Camaros. My uncle had one way back, before I could drive. He sold it way too cheap! Dark green with a black interior, I think.
Are you going to take a ride to Richmond this weekend and check out the racing?
Re: Young guy with classic muscle.....new to the site... Hi Matt, Welcome to the FAST forum. That Camaro would be cool in FAST! Stop by Virginia this weekend and check out the cars, people, & racing.

Re: Young guy with classic muscle.....new to the site... Matt,
Virginia is the final event for the 2008 season. You can get more info on other races that we hold at the FAST website. Also on the site are rules, procedures, history, media coverage, racer profiles and alot more!
Try to change you plans if possible, as many a record is expected to be broken this weekend.
Re: Young guy with classic muscle.....new to the site... I like the Z, nice looking car. I had a 73 Camaro, wasn't an RS tho. It had a warmed over 350 and I ditched the muncie for a custom T-56 6 speed swap. I love those wheels and that tall 3 pc spoiler on those cars.
Athough further from you than VA, there are a couple of other stock appearing events in MD and NJ that F.A.S.T. cars race in. If you can't get your ride buttoned up for the VA F.A.S.T. race you still have an opportunity to "get your feet wet" and get bitten by the bug before the snow flies. It'll give you all winter to make any changes to get a head start on the '09 season. You will learn a lot once you go to your first event.
