b body rear springs


how best is recommended to setup rear springs on a 68 plymouth b body,clamping if so how many per side ?If clamping is used will i need a pinion snubber?
i currently have mopar XHD springs with auto trans and 440

Start with 1 clamp per side. Clamp the main leaf to the rest of the leafs about 3 inches behind the eye.

Everybodies car is different. So really trial and error is the only way for you to know what works best for you on your car.

Drivers side i have no clamps in the front section, two in the back. Passenger side two clamps in the front section and none in the rear. Seems to work ok.

sorry for the delayed reply.thanks to all.
been to 2 T&T .
found 2 clamps per side on front with quality front and rear shocks made all the difference.
i know i don't run full fast type rules but with about 3700 lbs i ran a pb on Saturday,tweaked the jetting,11.419@118.56.
this is with a M1 manifold,prepped stealth heads,hooker 1 7/8 competitions through aero chambers,825 MDemon,hydraulic 509 cam,3200 stall,3.91 gears and et street radials 275/60/15
