28-34 foot tag trailer with living quarters

Hi. in order to attend most races in 2010 i have decided to purchase atag/bumper pull trailer with living quarters. Thought i had found the one but it got bought out from under me today. Day late and 1000 miles away.
Anyway, 28-34 foot dual or tri axle needs shower/toilet ac heat with sitting /converting into sleep area for 2 adults and one child( could be on air matress). Prefer living quarters to be seperated by a wall with adoor but not a deal breaker if its all open design.
If anyone has anything or knows of anything please let me know. New ones go for about 22k for almost exactly what i am looking but hoping to find a nice used one for a little less.
Thanks
Ryan in Mass.
email or pm

also will have a nice 22 foot enclosed 9900gvw us cargo wide body in white for sale soon as something is in the works. would sell now if someone has interest. it is a 2006 but still on the certificate of origin. I bought it in michigan and had pulled here. One trip to body shop and back (6 miles). but sat and well cared for since then.less than 750 miles nearly perfect. Open inside no cabinets luann walls, plywood floor painted with epxoy paint to help preserve wood
