Thanks for the great comments I use it both in the house and when I go up the hills.
Pascal, its an old Bosch Drill Box and an SO239 Chassis Socket for Ant and a Cigar Lighter Socket for 12 Volt Supply. Feel Free to steal my design its not patented!! LOL

Hi Al, Ye great to chat to other FBs no probs gave me a chance to test out antenna not bad QSO for Groundwave shame we couldn't get that 31div.
any way took these other photos just before I talked to you today.
