i am going to be out sunday afternoon, think i'm going to be 45 miles southwest of my normal spot. I will be 270m ASL not far from shaftsbury(dorset) so you devon chaps should hear me

I'm trying to negotiate with The Wife whether or not I'm allowed out to play, but if I am, it won't be until this evening.
Daughter to pick up from work, shopping, solder to pick off the carpet...
Anyhow, I've finished my Ham Master microphone modification - just need to test that & the Multimode to see if either/both actually work.

well it was a bit quiet today, dunno if its just the west country or what but was quiet. I spoke to kieth for a good while which was cool and had a couple of chats on FM. think i'll go to my normal spot next week
