New PLT interference petition - please sign.

UKQRM have had a response to their previous petition and now wish to move things forward with a more specific pettion.

Basically, if you feel you have a right to listen to the HF frequencies without suffering the near total wipeout caused by these obviously non-compliant devices, then please add your name to the petition, linked to below:

Ditto.

I suspect this is why I am getting a constant signal of 7+ drowning out pretty much everyone (apart form the Donkey).

Gutted...totally gutted.

Good lads.

There seem to be more and more of these blasted things coming on to the market, and very few seem to care about the possible eventual wipe out of the HF spectrum.

The best that we as individuals can do is to report evey instance of these things to Ofcom and demand that they are removed.

I've got another audible now, albeit weakly, but it's there and I can hear it.

Incidentally, for those who aren't familiar with the QRM they cause, it generally isn't too bad within the ham bands as the emissions are 'notched' there. (Admission of guilt I'd have thought.)

But have a listen around 5MHz (a military and amateur allocation) and if it's there, report it and demand its removal - it's your right.
