USTREAM

For those of you that don't know, ustream is kind of like youtube, but you can actually stream live shows and is very popular with 11M ops.

For people like me who can't have a radio at home its a great way to still be able to listen to what the band is doing.

This one is one of my faves 29WW787 Live feed, Justin uses a moonraker 4 up at around 65 feet and a 1KW amp, more impressive than that is where he lives, on the top of a mountain !!

Check it out guys, I'm sure you'll enjoy it emoticon

Tnx Simon, great link.

(Im at work, night shift. Boring... But now I can listen the donkey in 555 :-((

But I dont understand. From Madrid I hear the donkey when prop is open to Italy and France, not to Spain. But from Irelan the donkey is in 555 when prop is open to Spain... Unless the donky is in Madrid... I dont understand, will trace...

Hi Juan,

In the UK the donkey is on when prop is open to Spain. A few stations on cluster have tried to locate him by plotting their beam headings on a google map, they worked out that he is in North West Spain somewhere I think.

Thing is the donkey has access to CDK, and the more fuss they make of him, the more the donkey persists. If CDK, and the rest of us, ignored the fool, the more chance we've got of getting shot. But I also realise that a dedicated sabateur (? spelling) will take a lot of shifting.

I have known this lowlife to be on air for over ten hours!! No kidding, what a dipstick !!

Re: USTREAM

Hmm Ustream...

Sounds as a good project for winter time, when 11m will be closed.

Imagine I set my RX on 21 meters and upload the RX to USTREAM.

You, from 26 division, will be able to talk as a local QSO if you TX in 21 meters and RX in USTREAM...

Sounds good, lets see after summer... Keep tuned in this thread emoticon

Juan

The whistling of "in the jungle, the lion sleeps tonight" boils my blood! I don't know why?
