qsl cards!!!!

firstly a big thanks to dave for sending me my first qsl card that i have received since about 1980! the fb website, and "leaders" have been instrumental in the re-awakening of my childhood hobby, and it means a lot[a bit soppy-but true!] the next stage is getting you "lot" to sort out some dues or summat as we cant expect you to send cards onto us, pick them up from the p.o. run a website/message board etc etc for nowt, people must be prepared to pay for this, i know that i certainly am. After having run [now defunct] a classic car club for several years i realise the amount of work involved-LARGE AMOUNT- and to pay for things yourself is a big no no! anyway praise/rant over, speak soon, kirk fb133. emoticon

well said, i think its only fair to either supply sae's or supply the dosh to forward on the cards. i think we have aenough regular users now to all chip in for the po box maybe next time it needs renewing. i'm up for that anyways emoticon

I would hope most people on here agree with paying subs even if its a token gesture. No probs here offered to recently and Dave declined . Maybe we should all force him into submission LOL emoticon emoticon
