New radio
After doing a deal with Keith, I have now got myself the Kenwood TS 870s
Not tried it out yet, but will be radio'ing on Wednesday evening, come rain or shine

excellent you'll have to report back on this, i was lookin at one before i got the icom. love to know all the pro's n con's, they certainly look the FDB's an excellent choice for a homebase me thinks

i must say the rejection from local stations is brill,i've got lots of local fm stations & have done for decades??nearest are max 300 yards away??
with the filters in lost em after 10khz.
he think i'll be after a MC60 next???
