inverted v
Hi all,
I have just been trawling through this site, most impressed, I used to be on charlie bravo in the very early 80's fm, would like to get back to cb more on the ssb dx side of things, I am a very young 63 yr old act's more like a 30 yr old, also a biker, still am,my username tells you what bike I RIDE, live in east devon, think they call it the jurassic coast line now, hope their are a few on here in the sw, when I get up & running, would like to work a lot of people, local & dx, would be good to get on the charlie bravo again, good dx & 73's for now.

Re: inverted v
Hi Keith, Welcome to the forum and this band of merry Freebanders.
Love CB, unfortunately as it is at present its fairly unusable because of the idiots, they've taken over for the moment. Maybe with enought support we'll have CB again in some form
You wouls, will, love the SSB 27555 thing, its a cross between ham and CB, leaning a little more towards CB but a little more international.
Welcome along and if we can help just let us know

Re: inverted v
Am thinking of putting my Lincoln on ebay, dont really want to sell it but thinking of what else I could buy with the money! Need a filter to start with, think I`m gonna try a sy27 dipole for horizontal.
But then again I might keep it!
