Hi Al................thanks for giving me a shout, where is the ground wave when you need it. Less than 30-50 miles away and we cant qso!! Hope you could hear me. Al.....your modulation was very quiet to me and a santiago of 2-3. Hopefully we can make a better contact in the future, nice to have a contact though all the same with another FB!!

Hi Gary, could hear you on the A99 but not on the beam -was facing in wrong direction due to it being taken down over weekend and not being lined up right-oops! The A99 is only about 4ft off the ground at the moment and leaning in the trees so thats my next job (as well as re-aligning the beam) Your signal was still 5/2. Must try again when I sort out aerials, tomorrow sometime. Where abouts are you anyway Gary, was it Frodsham way?

Im 10 miles east of Liverpool Al......we should have no problem when your antenna is up im sure, I look forward to speaking with you more frequently! In fact were only 20 miles as the crow fly's!!
