posticon Bad coax

Hi,
litlle warning about old coax, i had ecocell or something 50ohm teflon coax. Its 8years old and was great when it works. i put it on cb and find it out that on ssb have rf feedback what destroy modulations, to day i found some harmonic am bc stations on cb channels, i'd replaced coax and all is fine now. I measure old foam coax whit in good swr meters, cant find any fault, but if adjust rf power then find out that power act like non linear adjust, new coax act like linear adjusting. dummy load was connected to coax when power was on. Maybe 200w or more can broke the bad coax, but also take smoke out of trcv.
If some body have this kind probs then change the coax, like some are allready made it on eg. tvi topics.
