… Hmmmm.....As much as I dispise rap in any shape or form theres only a couple that can grab my attention. Todays rap artists are really just stupid. All they really rap about is their hoes, drugs and money.....I find that in pretty much every rap song these days. The only ones that grab my attention are Tupac and old school rappers like the Beastie Boys who have not changed their style.
… But, Another reason why I dont like rap is because is there any skill to it? Sure I can get in a car accident and then make a rap. You only need to know how to have a catchy rhyme where as Rock n Roll you need to play instruments....As Gene Simmons said You Dont Need To be Good At Your Instruments To Rock N Roll" .....but you still need to be able to play them.
… Depends on what you listen to....If you listen to some metal Like Black Sabbath or the Crue then it would be hard to pick out some words BUT if you listen to "Rock" then you will be listening to bands like Queen, Floyd, Doors and all of them where you can hear the words perfectly clear.
