Well, Biblically I'd think it's not good. At least, you're supposed to keep your thoughts and minds pure, and I don't think that any sexual fantasies would qualify as being "pure."
However, my opinion is that it's completely natural. Sexual urges are natural, and since the Bible condemns sex with another person before marriage.... I think this is one of the areas where the Bible is a bit hypocritical.

Yes, I think so. At least this way you're not involving anyone else; it's completely between you and God.
