Re: Jodi Picoult

I want to join the I heart Jodi club! She's AMAZING!

I read Nineteen Minutes when it first came out and like 2 weeks ago I was driving home from school and the impact of what happened REALLY hit me. I don't want to say too much because I don't want it to give it away, but if you who have read it remember the scene in the locker room as Josie remembers it at the end...I started thinking about it and started crying. I almost had to pull over my car because I was so upset. That would be just awful. Anyway, you know you've found a good author when their book can make you cry weeks after you've read it because it made that much of a lasting impact.

I. Love. Her.

So far I've read My Sister's Keeper, The Pact, Tenth Circle and Nineteen Minutes. And I have Plain Truth sitting on my desk. I'm waiting until I have the time to just sit down and read it. Otherwise I might have to put it down and that would just be a shame.

We should rally to get her to Arkansas. Little Rock, yes?

*Gasp* That would rock!

It was sad. But amazing. One of the best books I've ever read. wow.
