PSALM 68:19

"Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah."

There's that little "eth" at the end of the word load. So God does this continually.

I know he protects us and does things for us every day that we have no idea he's doing.

When you see the word "Selah" at the end of a verse it means to think on these things or meditate on the verse.

Praise the lord for his goodness.

Re: PSALM 68:19

Another lovely verse, reminding us of our blessings that are loaded onto us each day, day in and day out. I love this verse, Regina, thanks for sharing it!

I didn't know that about Selah, either, so thanks for that insight.

God bless you!
V.

Thank you for this verse. It reminds me of many blessings that God has blessed me with, and not material things, but a new life and better health.

Love, Joleen

"Loadeth"

One might think more gentle words would be used, like "gifteth" or delivereth or something.

Loadeth? Makes me think of a great big front-end loader dumping from on high great big loads of benefits every single day of my life! Wow!

I like that word, and just like God and the Bible, every word is apt and timely!
