Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me from your presence

Oh, how I love the song form too of this verse. It was actually the song that brought me to my knees and I gave my life to Christ. Wow...I remembered that. Thank you Lord for that gentle blessing.
