Re: Forum-Image Aligment Question
It's hard to know without seeing the source code and knowing which parts you have control of. It's easy to give people help on things not related to Runboard if they have total control over everything, but dealing with a message board or blog that I'm not familiar with makes it impossible to give you a definitive answer.
That said...
If each table cell has its own class name or id, then you could put the image in the background like you did at your Runboard, then pad the left of that cell (I'd say about 117px) so all the text and links start after the image.
If you have to put the image in via an <img> tag, then you would want to move .forumlink to the left about 117px, float the image to the left, put a few px margin-right of that image, and use a negative margin-top to move the image upward, lining it up with the forum name.
If you give me a link to that page, I can look at the source code and decide which method is best.

Re: Forum-Image Aligment Question
For your quote box, add more padding where you have this:
padding-top:20px;
ACMilan-zone has their image in a separate table cell. Are you able to create your own table cell there as well? Like I said, it's hard to give you an answer without knowing what you can change and what you can't.

I was wondering the same thing. You're welcome.

Where's the end of that div?
If you can add extra table cells, put </td><td class="row1"> between your image and forum name.
You will also want to change some other code, if you can....
<td class="cat" colspan="2" width="100%">
Change those to colspan="3"
Also:
<th colspan="2" nowrap="nowrap" width="100%"> Forum </th>
Change that one to colspan="3" as well.
