Customizing on these boards
Lesa is it possible to disable the font color and font size functions or to set color parameters or font-size parameters, to stop posters messing around with spoiling the look of the board with color and size?

Cool, it's going to drive the old people crazy when they try to make their posts different colors and sizes. Wait for the fall out.
I don't spend time designing a board to look professional only to have people mess it up with their own color schemes.

It's too bad you can't choose one or two "ok" colors for people to use. Then again, if I can have my way and get custom classes for posts, that would make it a possibility. 
Of course, you could use BBCode hacks for now.

Nah, I don't know of anything in Georgia that you'd want to see. They have peaches, but you can get those here, too.
