Recruitment (PLEASE READ THIS THREAD BEFORE APPLYING)
Welcome to Incarna Mortis.
We are a friendly guild with a lot of end-game raiding experience from pre-BC, and now a fair chunk of experience from every BC instance. Our raid leaders have experience covering raid instances from Onyxia to Naxxramas 40man. Our BC experience (pre-nerf) includes a full clear of Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon and Zul 'aman (including full timed run), up to Kael'thas in TK, Vashj in SSC, first 4 bosses in MH and first 4 bosses in BT as well as the normal (and heroic) instances.
Now we are well into Wrath of the Lich King, and our experience now covers Colloseum up to Anub, Ulduar up to Yogg on both 10 and 25 man and all other raid content including Sarth +3D.
As a general note Please make sure your gear is up to raiding standard before applying if you are looking to raid with us. Your gear should have the best and most appropriate gems and enchants available. We are not interested in knowing how much rep. you still need to get the healing head enchant, all we care about is that you don't have it. Also make sure you are PvE specced and in your PvE gear when you link to the armory otherwise we can't review your application.

If you wish to apply, please make a new thread and post a filled in copy of the application form below.
* The type of player we are looking for in IM is:
* A skilled and dedicated team player, who knows their class well.
* Able to communicate in English.
* Has PvE raid experience.
* Is able to stay to the end of raids.
* Has made an effort to upgrade their gear to the best of their ability i.e. heroics/crafted gear etc.
* Comes prepared to raids (enchanted gear/resist gear where needed/flasks/potions/bandages etc.).
* Is available for a minimum of two raids each week, and a fairly active player.
* Fits in with the group and our style of play.
* Is aged 18 or over.
* Can download Teamspeak and at least have the ability to listen on it.
*Remember that your application is your first impression, and usually the only thing we can judge you by. The more effort you put into it, the more likely you are to be seriously considered.*
The IM initiate phase consists out of a 2x 2week period. During the first 2 weeks we will test your ability to perform within your class and see how u do in raid, in the latter 2 weeks we will try to get a feel for the person behind the char and check how you are doing integrating in guild. After each period of 2 weeks we will decide if you are IM material, meaning not only are you outstanding in playing your class but also whether u are a team player and a worthy new addition to the family. In case we are truly missing something we will say so and give you time to adjust. After successfully completing the 4 weeks of initiate-ship we will offer u membership to our guild.
