Well I'm enjoying the game so far, but its lag hell coz I'm having to run everything on minimum. Its different anyway, and has alot of stuff WoW doesn't. Just depends how it is at higher lvls I guess.

Well I finally managed to get mine working at 10pm on Sunday night - luckily I paid the extra money to get in for the early start Saturday morning.....

I've only played it so far for a grand total of 3 hours, so its not fair to judge it based solely on that, but I have to say its not what I was hoping for - so far at least.

Trouble is that I've played WoW for 3 years+ now and so I'm firmly in that mindset. AoC is looking ok at the moment, but its not a WoWkiller. The WoWkiller is the fact that WoW itself has run out of stuff for us to do at the high end - apart from raid (with all the hassles that entails). AoC is offering new content group play and solo play, so even if only for a distraction from WoW from time to time then its something new.

Its not having the same pull for me so far that WoW did - its not drawing me in just yet.

its not funny to play aoc with 0.3fps, well at least i dont get dc'ed emoticon guess i have to buy a gaming pc.

hopefully my laptop will handle it ! :P, the only weak thing there is the gfx card, although it is a dx10 gfx card it could've been better -.- . i manage to run wow at high fps hopefully AoC will run smooth

AoC has high requirement and many people have problems running it properly including Vijil. I run it just fine, didn't have to turn anything down and if I lag it's server lag.

So far I enjoy it very much, it's fun it's different and it's certainly hard to learn. Which is good in my eyes as it will cut out all the piss poor players from wow. Besides it's 18+.

My character is lvl 17 atm and I defenetly have decided to give this game a chance at least until lvl 40. By now I have heared swear words ALOT and there is much gore. If you make certain moves and get a crittical there actually spalts blood on your screen how cool is that? emoticon

If you like the easy going, easy access of wow and the fancy colours and green grass this is not a game for you.

Damn, my preorder got shipped off to Norway insted of Denmark. How ****ty is that! ****ies!

But with anny luck i should have it sometime this weekend and installed as soon as it arrives!

Im going for the cowlevel!

Look for me in the game... im the pool of blood and hacked meat you see when you first enter the world of Conan. emoticon
