The readiness test This was the old results of the readiness test. I am going to retake it and see where I am now even thought I know I have moved past this phase.
This is a readiness test chapter here are my scores and what they mean for me if I were actuallly needing to "get real" with my weight.
His first test is a Readinsess Profile.I scored 16-20:Zero hour.
To summarize it basically means that if I were the typical overweight individual I would finally be at a point where I am ready to turn myself over to a healthier way of eating and get with the program.
