Grilled Portabello Mushrooms
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 pound portabello mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground black pepper
Directions
MIX olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
BRUSH lightly over mushroom surface.
SEASON with salt and pepper.
GRILL, roast or broil until tender and golden brown.
The salt...........maybe if you can use the flavored good for you salts, or the less sodium salt. the one that you can get a store for 33% less sodium, I used to use that all the time, it tastes just like salt, but better for you. I can find it now. the walmart here doesnt cary it, I have been requesting it though,.
