posticon to keep in touch

Hi Joe and Jessey-
Just a quick message to both of you. Hope all is well with both of you. Know both of you are busy. I weighed in at TOPS last evening weighing 134 pounds. Have really been busy lately. Is getting late so I had better head for the shower. I will e-mail more later.
Take care. Iowa friend Liz

Hi Joe and Jessey-
Hope you are both doing good. Thank you Jessey for your e-mail-I know how depressing when one's weight just does not seem to go down no matter what one does. Taking me ten years to lose my weight, I know where you are coming from. Hang in there, and keep trying. You just had your son, and after birth weight is difficult to lose in my opinion. Joe: Hope all is going good with Anthony and you. Know you are busy getting ready to go back to schoo.
I wanted both of you to know that I will be offline until after September 1. My husband and I are moving to a smaller community toward the end of August. Found a nice apartment-more for less money. We both are going to continue working so gas will be expensive. Russ, my husband foes not to retire in a large metro area. Population of the new community is about 16,000, large enough to have things in it. Both of you have a terrific month of August. Take care.
