Lets see, I will start this as of yesterday, here is a list of things that I ate....
Breakfast..........cup of coffee
Lunch..............Lettuce sandwich
Dinner............Bowl soup
Snack, 1/2 cheese and boiled ham sandwich
I didn't check my sugars yesterday, BAD!! I need to get back into the groove of checking them 3x a day, now that I am getting enough strips.
Excersise, I walked today, walked to the store and back, and walked around the neighborhood.

Hummm, lets see. the past couple days, Well, I have been busy,....but yesterday I ate 2 sandwiches. and a bowl of cereal
Today, well ok, this is a day behind, I ate.......2 eggs, a sausage link, a boiled ham sandwich, well, 2, I ate one later, then a bowl of cereal.
