Ten workout machines you should avoid.


I was reading this article Ten workout machines you should avoid
and I got to thinking that some of those arehurting me more when I do them thus the reason I don't workout much because some of those are machines the gal at the student rec center suggested to do. I meet with my physical therapist next week and we are going to get me a routine to do that won't hurt my hand or my shoulder to do.

Even though I love to lift weights as my primary form of exercise I haven't been able to do it successfully for the last four or five years.

So I think that is why I get discouraged and get depressed when it comes to working out. emoticon
