Pregnacy Workout regiments I have a question, not sure if anyone can help. I am currently 5 1/2 months pregnant with our son, Anthony. I really wish to stay "in shape" during this time, but I am not sure what I can do that would not be to strenous for the baby or me. Plus I need something for after he arrrives. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I will have to think and look around I know there are stretching exercises you can do. Low impact exercises are also recommended such as walking, treadmill. Talk to your Ob/Gyn first tho at your next appointment and see what they have to say. Then let me know and I will try to help you find some stuff to do.
