Toy Werks "Custom" 4th Series Ebay?
Hi,
I've been out of the loop for a while with a lot of stuff going on. I just recently have been able to get back online playing around and found the toy werks super powers customs. Any word on who is behind these or how these bootlegs are commanding that kind of money?
I know this may not fit into the right category for the post, but I figured it was the closest.

Great to hear from you, Steven! The money these are commanding is truly ridiculous, IMHO!! I definitely don't plan on having any of them enter my collection.

I've reported that guy to eBay since these are being "manufactured" and not just "customized." I've also reported him to Mattel toys, the current DC action-figure licensee.
If he just sold one set, then fine. However, I've seen at least 10 of each character on there.
Oh, and they suck, too. I mean, Bruce Lee? WTF?

I can see spending 15-20 each if they were well done and i liked the customizer. otherwise no. I guess that there's been such a love for sp over the years that any "new line" of it would be embraced. especially if there are 50-100 in actual production verses one offs of particular characters customized. also, who knows how much it would cost to produce these? i'm assuming that there's some sort of "garage kit" that this guy's using. but maybe there's more to it?

People must be on drugs to spend that kind of money for those poor examples for SP figures especially Shazam and worst of all like Rael1138 mention Bruce Lee!? C'mon give me a break I'll burn my money some other way than this. Ugh!
