Warhammer

I thought i would post here for any old members passing through.

I for one will be heading to Warhammer when it comes out. Judgee found Val and i a fantastic group who will be heading over as well hopefully, if anyone still has the MMO bug Warhammer could be a good place for the guild to meet up again.

Re: Warhammer

yes it would be nice if we can all start in warhammer together from the beggining... emoticon

There are already many players who will start warhammer online with us who we met in wow. Enough to start with a bang, but not too many to get lost in... and all good people....

So come on kotrs lets get some action going in WH it would great to team up again emoticon

Re: Warhammer

Warhammer, whats that about. i played the game in its old form, Ill download a demo and check it out. i mostly play team fortress 2 (part of the orange box half life 2 boxset). It truely is wonderful. It reminds me of the old times as there are voices from all over world but mostly UK on server I play on and there is a guy there who is very much like u judge when u are happy. If its pay and play ill be giving it a miss because although i enjoyed the horrible game with my lvl 60 gnome i cant help but feel i wasted years emoticon

warhammer online is similar to wow but it should have the benefits of being newer, fresher and better graphics. It's not so dependent on needing to be in massive guilds to play the higher level content too... which for me is a major bonus as that always leads to trouble. It is subscription unfortunately and I know how you feel about wasting years on wow. But we will be starting with a group of lads that would all have fitted into the kotr clan, had they been around at the time. Without the needed for hundreds of players it should remain small and friendly. Might be worth giving it a little bash Damo, I have the feeling it will not be as intense and time consuming as wow was emoticon

I considered team fortress but all those online shooters only seem to keep me interested for a very short length of time. Might give it a go some time in the future though emoticon

Re: Warhammer

Towards the end WoW did feel like an endless grind for rep and materials and honor etc but all the Warhammer podcasts have emphasised they want to do away with grinding.

Ever the group quests (sort of like public raids) will only give loot that your class can use.

And as Judgee says they really are a good group.
